路考点滴

左转，对面来车，自行车，行人。 假如无，可以立刻左转。if there is any incoming traffic, then wait at the mid of cross, maybe until the light turning to yellow.
对面绿灯， 转换到黄灯，要赶紧走了，要看右侧。

左转，角落灯，全黑是绿灯，要注意对面来车等等。
右转，Orientation, mirror, shoulder, 离合器，右灯，换二档，路口前，减速到20公里。
绿灯， 进入路口， 要注意你的目光，要看your lane.
红灯， 停在停车线前。

要特别注意右侧边距。我的问题是太靠右。 要经常观察右后视镜，检查边线距离。 

小区内，要注意右先规则， 2档，道口， 一档， 右先规则， 看右侧。

reverse parallel parking

1) indicate the right light;
2) stop 0.5 to 1 m parallel away from a car.
3) orientation, the mirror(middle), left-right mirror, and shoulders.
4) if there are no oncoming traffic pedestrians from both side,
set to reverse gear; reverse the car, aligning with the reference car.
5) steering full right; observing left mirror, shoulder;
6) observing the left mirror; when seeing a triangle, then almost 45 degree
7) steering back to straight; slowing straight back
8) when the triangle disappears; steering full left.

3-point turn

两个直行道，选择右侧通行。
假如有两个左转道，
一次左转，选择右侧。
两次左转，选择左侧。

Valby 警察局 路况，复杂。 有一个小路口， 有箭头。
警察局广场， 转弯路径， 一档。 进入2档。

警察局，右转。
警察局，出，开到里道，右转，直行。  无条件让行。


看左侧先，

右转， 减速到20， 2档。
左转。 对面来车， 自行车，行人。

The steering 方向盘
左转右转，没有杂音，没有阻力。能自动归正。
the steering should be easy turn left or right, without noise and resistance; straight up by its own.

刹车。brake
脚刹车是液压 food brake is hydraulic
手刹是机械 hand brake is mechanical

So we need to check the hydraulic

刹车踏板硬，不下沉，不能踩到底。
the brake pedal must feel firm and not sink.
the brake pedal may be pressed half-way down; even depressed hard and quickly.
刹车踏板防滑(brake pedal is non-slippery)。

刹车系统检查， 踩三到四下，踏板变硬。启动发动机，脚踏板自动下沉。
After pumping the brake pedal 3 or 4 times, and holding it down; when turning on the engine, the brake pedal should move down itself slightly.

checking connections between steering and wheels
启动发动机，转动方向盘， 前轮(front wheel)和方向盘(steering wheel)同向联动。
steering left; the front wheels turn left at once;
steering right; the front wheels turn right at once;

车灯，
对称车灯要一种颜色
at the front of the car, there are two side-lights they are visible 300 m away.
远光灯(high/main beam)，2个，100米， 白色近似黄色
the main beam has a min. illumination distance 100 m
近光灯(low beam)，2个， visibility  30米， 白色近似黄色， 不对称的(asymmetric)，灯光偏右。
the low beam has a min. illumination distance 30 m

low beam is a dipped light.

退后一米，下降1厘米。moving back 1 meter, then drop down 1cm
位置灯(position light, maybe called sidelights )，2个，300米能看到
转向灯(turning signals)，6个，60/120下， 应急开关，闪烁，必须黄色。
尾灯(tail light)，红色; 300 m
刹车灯(brake light)，比尾灯更亮
车牌灯(plate light)，大于一个，小于两个。20m
反光片(reflectors), 红色，不能是三角形。


打开发动机盖子

发动机，要干净，不漏油，无噪音。
(the engine is not covered by leaked oil)
机油(motor oil)
冷却液(coolant, cooling fluid); for the air conditioner;
玻璃液(glass water)
液压油(Hydraulic oil)
排气管，要固定，没有不必要的尾气，没有噪音
exhaust pipe must be secured and airtight; doesn't emit excess noise and gas.

轮胎/tire
四个同一类型，花纹大于1.6毫米。
four tires must have the same type(winter or summer).

The main tread is a minimum of 1.6 mm deep. This you should
be able to do with the help of a treadwear indicator
all tires should be the same type;

四个减震器(shock absorbers)
there is must be one shock absorber for each tyre.
后面两个，打开后备箱。 压中间，弹起。
